Payment Policy
This Payment Policy describes billing, charges, and payment processing for Ommify subscriptions and any usage-based fees.
1. Billing
- Plans are billed in advance according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout.
- Usage-based fees (if applicable) may be billed in arrears based on measured usage.
- Invoices and receipts may be delivered by email and are available in the account dashboard (where enabled).
2. Payment processing
Payments may be processed via third-party payment gateways and banking partners. You authorize charges to your chosen payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and any approved add-ons.
3. Taxes
Taxes (including GST) may apply depending on your location and billing details. Tax details are shown on invoices where applicable.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry charges and may suspend features until payment is completed. We may also terminate access for prolonged non-payment.
